Our Team

Matthew G. Doyle, LICSW
Founding Director || Owner

Castle Hill Counseling & Consulting was founded in December of 2015. While drawing from my undergraduate education at Boston College, subsequent graduate program at Simmons College, and 25+ years of experience in the mental health field,  I started Castle Hill Counseling & Consulting with the vision to deliver the highest quality service to children and families.  These customized services are designed to come to family's homes, children's school environments, and to the larger systems supporting families through professional development, specialized trainings, and consultation.

Through the use of creativity, action planning, and skill-building exercises, I assist my clients in actively identifying goals and working towards solving problems. I specialize in individual therapy with children, adolescents, and adults, and provide expertise in family therapy and parent coaching. I practice mind-body integration, and for families and interested adults, I offer creative alternatives to promote engagement and comfort, such as walking sessions, breathing exercises, playing music, or family sports.

In addition to our clinical work, Castle Hill also offer consultative services to schools, state agencies, and nonprofit organizations. We are frequently invited to facilitate professional development and community workshops throughout the New England region.
