Brynn Doyle
Brynn Doyle is a Therapeutic Mentor at Castle Hill Counseling & Consulting. She is passionate about helping children and adolescents build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and develop positive coping strategies that support success in everyday life. Through mentoring, Brynn focuses on creating meaningful relationships that help young people feel supported, understood, and empowered to reach their goals.

Brynn's commitment to leadership and personal growth began during her years in ROTC, where she developed valuable skills in teamwork, discipline, accountability, and perseverance. These experiences continue to influence her mentoring style and help her support youth in building confidence, resilience, and healthy independence.

In addition to her mentoring work, Brynn is an artist and creative thinker. She is currently pursuing a double major in Business and Art at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her creative background allows her to connect with young people in engaging and imaginative ways while encouraging self-expression, problem-solving, and personal growth. Brynn believes that every child has unique strengths and enjoys helping young people discover and build upon their potential.

Outside of her work and studies, Brynn enjoys creating art, spending time with friends and family, exploring new creative projects, and continuing to develop her leadership skills.

My Approach
I believe that strong relationships are at the heart of meaningful growth. My goal is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where young people feel comfortable being themselves while developing the skills and confidence needed to overcome challenges. I strive to meet each child where they are and help them build upon their unique strengths and interests.

My approach is individualized, strengths-based, and relationship-focused. Through mentoring, skill-building activities, creative engagement, and real-world experiences, I help youth improve communication, develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen social skills, and build greater confidence in themselves. I believe that growth happens when young people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to take positive steps toward their goals.
