My Approach

I believe that every individual and family has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My role is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, identify strengths, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. I strive to meet clients where they are, while helping them build greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in navigating life's transitions.

My approach is integrative and tailored to the unique needs of each client. Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Parent Coaching, I work collaboratively with individuals and families to foster lasting change. I believe that meaningful progress happens when people feel heard, respected, and empowered to make choices that align with their values and goals.
