My Approach

I believe that therapy should provide both understanding and practical tools for change. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing the skills needed to move forward with confidence.

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) within a multicultural and family systems framework. I work collaboratively with clients to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck and help them build greater psychological flexibility, resilience, and self-compassion. Whether working with OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship concerns, or life transitions, I focus on helping clients develop practical strategies that support long-term growth and well-being.
