My Approach
I believe that meaningful growth happens when people feel supported, understood, and empowered to take manageable steps toward their goals. My role is to help clients identify their strengths, understand the barriers that may be getting in their way, and develop practical strategies that support success in everyday life. I strive to create a calm, supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring challenges and building confidence in their abilities.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused. Drawing from my experience in education, counseling, executive functioning coaching, and disability services, I help clients develop skills related to organization, planning, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and goal setting. Whether working with students, young adults, or families, I focus on helping clients create systems and strategies that lead to greater independence, balance, and success.
