Koda

Koda serves as Castle Hill's unofficial Chief Morale Officer and Director of Tail Wags. As the trusted companion of Founding Director Matt Doyle, Koda has spent years observing therapy conversations, team meetings, and the occasional snack negotiation from a safe and strategic distance.

Known for her calm presence, friendly demeanor, and ability to make people smile without saying a word, Koda believes that some of life's most important lessons can be taught through loyalty, patience, and a well-timed walk outside. She is passionate about greeting new friends, boosting team morale, and reminding everyone to take a break when needed.

When not on duty, Koda enjoys long walks, quality naps, chasing tennis balls, and spending time with her family.

My Approach

I believe every person deserves a warm welcome, a judgment-free space, and the occasional belly rub. My approach focuses on being present, offering unconditional support, and helping people feel comfortable just as they are.

Whether I am greeting visitors, supervising office activities, or simply lounging nearby, my goal is to help create an environment where people feel relaxed, connected, and at home. I may not say much, but I believe kindness and companionship can go a long way.
