My Approach

I believe that effective therapy involves treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. When people feel genuinely understood and supported, they are often able to access new perspectives, discover inner strengths, and create meaningful change.

My approach integrates Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and person-centered principles. I tailor treatment to the unique needs of each individual, drawing upon creativity, reflection, and practical skill-building to support growth and healing. Whether working with children, adolescents, adults, or families, I strive to help clients build greater harmony, resilience, and emotional well-being.
