Emily Conn
Emily Conn serves as Practice Coordinator at Castle Hill Counseling & Consulting and is often the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking support. Emily received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Holistic Psychology and Art Therapy from Lesley University in 2014 and later earned her Licensure in Massage Therapy in 2018. Throughout her career, she has worked in both direct-service and administrative roles within the mental health field, giving her a unique understanding of the challenges families face when seeking care.

At Castle Hill, Emily plays a vital role in helping families navigate the process of finding the right support. She takes the time to understand each family's unique needs, concerns, and goals, and works closely with the clinical team to connect clients with the therapist, mentor, or service that is the best fit. Emily is passionate about making the process of seeking help feel welcoming, supportive, and manageable, particularly during times when families may feel overwhelmed or uncertain about where to begin.

Often referred to as the "glue" of Castle Hill, Emily helps ensure that families, clinicians, referral sources, and community partners remain connected and supported throughout their journey with the practice. Her warmth, organization, and dedication help create a seamless experience for everyone who walks through Castle Hill's doors.

Outside of Castle Hill, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring holistic wellness practices, and finding ways to promote balance and well-being in everyday life.

My Approach
I believe that every family deserves to feel heard, supported, and understood from their very first interaction with our practice. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make that process as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I take the time to listen carefully, understand each family's unique situation, and help identify the services and supports that will best meet their needs.

My role is about more than scheduling appointments or answering calls. I strive to build meaningful relationships with the families we serve and help create a seamless connection between clients and our clinical team. Whether someone is looking for therapy, mentoring, family support, or guidance navigating a difficult situation, I am committed to helping them find the right path forward.
