Therapy Group Programs & Workshops

Healing Through Connection, Shared Experiences, and Community Support

When you are going through a difficult season, isolation can make your burdens feel twice as heavy. It is incredibly easy to feel like you are the only one struggling with a specific challenge, relationship dynamic, or emotional low. Individual therapy is powerful, but there is a distinct type of breakthrough that can only happen when you look across a room and hear someone else say, "I know exactly what you mean."

At Castle Hill Counseling, our clinical Group Programs & Workshops offer a structured, confidential, and validating environment where you can learn alongside peers who truly understand your journey. Led by specialized clinical facilitators, our groups combine evidence-based skill building with deep, authentic peer accountability to help you break out of isolation and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Group Therapy vs. Individual Therapy: Which is Right for Me?

Many people assume group therapy is just a backup option if individual therapy slots are full. In reality, group therapy offers distinct clinical advantages that individual therapy simply cannot mimic.

The Antidote to Shame:

Seeing successful, kind, intelligent peers struggle with the exact same intrusive thoughts or behavioral patterns completely dismantles the narrative that you are broken.

Real-Time Social Laboratory:

A group allows you to practice setting boundaries, expressing your needs, and managing conflict in a safe, micro-community before trying those skills out in your everyday life.

Affordable Continuity:

Because the clinical hour is shared across multiple participants, group therapy is often a highly cost-effective way to receive continuous, premium clinical support.
